Admission Process

Who is eligible to apply for this program?

Academic background: You can apply if you have either completed your graduation in any stream or currently studying in your final year.
English proficiency: This program is conducted in English; hence you should be able to follow instructions in English.
Time commitment: You should be able to commit a minimum of 2 hours of involvement on weekdays and at least 4 hours of involvement on Weekends. Monday will be the rest day.
Available to work after the program: The objectives of this program are learning and placement, hence you should be available to take a job after completion of this program.

Will there be any registration fee to apply the course?

There is no registration fee to apply for the program.

How do I get to know that I am selected for the Program?

You will be informed over the mail and our executive will call you and explain you the further process.

Program and Curriculum

How much time do I need to invest?

You have to commit 2-3 hours on weekdays, and 4 hours on weekends for 5 months. Monday will be a holiday. The course provides the rest days to cover up if you are lagging.

What is the duration of the program?

The preparation part will take 5 months. If due to any reasons, you are unable to complete course on time, then it can be extended on mutual discussion. After that Prepleaf career advisors will guide you for next 6 months in getting a job.

Is it possible that the program might get extended after 5 months?

Yes, sometimes depending on the pace of the batch or your own personal commitments, the program might get extended by a bit. In the end, we want to make sure that none of our students get left behind. To ensure this we sometimes have to take repeat lectures or slow down the pace of the batch. It will be a 2-way communication and any delay will be mutually agreed by both the Prepleaf mentors and students.

What kind of job can I expect after completing the program?

You will be eligible for analytics profiles like data analyst, product analyst, business analyst, risk analyst etc and Data science profile

Is there any minimum salary gurantee?

Yes, CTC 5 lakhs per year for fresher students.

What if I already a working professional at ‘x’ salary?

Don't worry. After the pre-course, we will have a personal 1 on 1 discussion with all our students and come to a mutually agreeable minimum salary package for the course.

What if I am fired/ I resign from a new job after I join the course?

If you are out of a job within 90 days of completing our course, we will work with you towards landing a new job offer.

Will I get a certificate or degree after completing the program?

You’ll get a certificate from Prepleaf when you complete this program. Also, all the projects will be there in your Resume to highlight your learning.

What is the medium of instruction going to be?

English. Since each batch includes students from all over India, we follow English as the only medium of instruction. You are expected to be proficient enough in English to be able to understand the lectures and ask doubts.

How will I be evaluated during the program?

You will be evaluated on different parameters which involves skills, aptitude, personal skills and many more. Scores and recommendation will be given by mentor who are industry experts from the specific sectors.

If I fail in a particular module or exam what will happen?

You will be given a chance to attempt it again and clear it.

If I dropout in the middle of the program what will happen?

If you decide that Prepleaf is not the right choice for you within 15 days of starting the program, then you can leave without any payment. If you decide to leave after that, then following will be the liabilities:

Is there any project associated with the program?

Yes, there will be 2 Capstone projects and other Industry relevant weekly projects and assignments associated with each skill.

Is attendance necessary for tests, lectures and assignments?

Yes, a minimum of 85% lecture attendance is required to complete this program. Attending lectures and other sessions allows you to get all your doubts resolved in real time.

How my doubts will be resolved?

You can directly ask your doubts during the live sessions or you can book a 1:1 session with mentors or student advisors for your doubts. You can also ask your peers on social media discussion groups (Slack or WhatsApp).

How long can I access the content?

You can access the course for 1 year. In case you want to extent the duration, connect with your student advisor.

Who will be our mentors and instructors?

We select all our faculty very carefully, based on both their technical knowledge as well as content delivery skills. We have specialized faculty for major modules in the program. Most of our faculty are IIT/IIM graduates and expert industry professionals. Your student advisor will consist of Prepleaf alumni who have gone through the same process.

What do I have to do other than the course on my own?

The course is designed as such so that you don't have to put your brains to it, we know it is tough getting a job but that is why we designed this course- as a complete placement preparation course- for all your placement needs.

Will there be one on one session with the mentors?

There will be some mandatory 1:1 session with technical skill mentors, business skill mentors, career advisors and student advisors. You can also book any number of session with any of our mentors.

What is ISA?

ISA (Income share agreement) is contract under which that you agree to pay 15% of your monthly salary for 18 months after getting your first paycheque. The ISA is capped at a maximum repayment of ₹1.5 Lakhs (excluding 18% GST). So, in any case you won’t pay more than 1.5 lakhs.

When will my ISA payment start?

Your ISA payment will start once you will get your first salary paycheque.

Will I get a refund if I will not get a job after completing the program?

The course completion time is 5 months (4 months preparation + 1 month projects). After that we will share your profile with our hiring partners and career advisors will guide you on how to apply for off-campus job for a guarantee period of 6 months.
